The classic fantasy and sf illustration and artwork of Mark Fults has appeared off and on at Chattanooga science fiction convention artshows for years, and during that time when he could manage to attend local conventions he proved to be one of Chattanooga fandom's favorite guests. Well now he's back and Hallowcon's got him.
   In recent years he's been gathering ghost stories for a book of spooky happenings in and around Chattanooga. He promises to tell one of his spookiest at Hallowcon.

    Mark Fults a native to Chattanooga, known reclusive artist and psychic who has recently added author to his list. The book"Chattanooga Chills " has been enroute for 10 years due to changes in editors and direction but is actually heading to the printer as of this late September."The experience of book writing has been exquisite torture, well worth the the effort but boy what a wild ride! I hope you folks will have as much fun reading it as I did creating it. I'm looking forward to  this new convention and old friends."
