HallowCon welcomes
anyone with
the intestinal fortitude to throw a
room party.
However, we need you to
contact us ahead of time
at hallowcon@gmail.com to
let us know you will be doing a party so we can assign your room number
in our party block. If you are not in our designated
Party Block your Party will be shut down.
When you reserve your room request a Party (Poolside) Suite on the
first floor. Even if you reserve a poolside suite, if you do not
let us know you are doing a party you may get bumped to a regular suite
for another party. There are only seven of these rooms available so
please make your request early. These rooms have a wonderful patio
leading to the pool area. We
will
also
be more than happy to list your room party on this page.
OK Party People
We are adding something new this year, a Room Party Contest.
We will have several secret Room Party Judges, just to keep it honest,
that will be judging all the room parties on organization, decoration
and host/hostess hospitality. The Party Theme and how it fits into the
overall Theme of HallowCon will also be taken into consideration. The
Ratings on each category will be:
5 Points - Fan-f**king-tastic
4 Points - That's Great
3 Points - Hmmm, Not Bad
2 Points - Quaint
1 Point - Well, This Sucks
Not
only do you have a room ripe for decorating, but the fine fenced in
patio just off each room. You now have twelve weeks to come up with
some
appropriate decorations. And the winner will get One Room Night Reimbursed By HallowCon.

Full. If you would like to do a party you will have to get your request
in earlier for 2008.
