SLAVE
AUCTION
'ear Ye, 'ear YE. The annual Port Royal Slave Auction is at
'and. Need a scullery maid, or per'aps a fine young lad, strong o' back
n' week o' mind, ta 'elp with all them chores. Join us aboard the
Jamaican Princess, moored at th'
BlackWolf Tavern, Saturday evening at 8pm.
Buyers beware that slaves bought at auction must
agree
to the wishes of their masters and cannot be forced to do anything
against
their will. The traditional term of servitude is one hour, unless both
parties agree upon an alternate length of time. The Slave Auction is
all
for fun, with 50% of the proceeds going to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
Avast, ye slaves.
We 'ave sumthin fer yer troubles, as well.
Most Valuable Slave

Campaigning for bidders
before
the Auction is permitted.
Best Costume
Will, as well, recieve a membership for HallowCon '08.
So dust off those tricorn hats and
belled boots and
break open those old lockers and dig out the Pirate garb
you've kept hidden for years.
Best Skit
Yes, you too, will recieve a
membership for HallowCon '08.
Being sold at Auction
really seems
to bring out those hidden acting talents. Besides, a little
entertainment
keeps the crowd happy. And everyone knows Happy buyers bid higher.
Added Bonus Items
Last year we 'ad a few goodies we auctioned off afore we started t'
bring out the slaves. This went so well we are doin' it agin. Items in
the pre-auction Auction, so far, include a 9 section (each section is
poster sized) wall mural of "Pirates of the Carribean: Deadman's
Chest", a popcorn bucket and two drink cups, also from "Deadman's
Chest" as well as HallowCon's "Pirates of the Undead" t-shirt original
art work from Mark Helwig. We'll see what other little trinkets we can
pillage 'tween now and then.
