Walter M. Rice
Walter Rice, Director of the Parapsychology Research Institute of Huntsville, as well as Promoter of The New Earth Festivals, will be giving a lecture on Paranormal Activity. At HallowCon, last October, Mr. Rice gave a very successful lecture of a quick overview of various ghost hunting techniques and tools used to detect otherworldly events. At HallowCon '05 he barely scratched the surface of the various instruments used in detecting Paranormal Activity. We will soon be posting what Mr. Rice has in store for us this year
